It is a routine of ours (Connor, Daddy, and Mommy) to ask each other “What did you do today?”. Connor usually asks me and I tell him “Meetings.” (Anyone that works with me can enjoy or not enjoy that comment.) He then says, “Meetings” (dragging out like I do). Then I ask him what he did and he tells me.
Today I asked and he responded, “I went to Mimi’s house.” Then he told me everything he did and had for lunch. As he was telling me this, I notice Jacob was a lot more “talkative” than normal. So, I took out the phone and started recording.
Watch has Jacob wants to be part of the conversation.
On Thursday, Connor received his first homework assignment. He was given his class “mascot” and he was to spend time with it and Mommy/Daddy would keep track of their activities in a journal along with pictures. (Not sure why they are writing in a journal when they can post this stuff on Facebook, Twitter, or a blog like this…[smile])
His class is known as the “Busy Bees” at preschool, so Buzz the Bee is their “mascot”.
Mommy snapped quite a few pics of Buzz and Connor during the nice weather we had on Saturday.

Connor had his first dental appointment today. He has Daddy’s “perfect teeth” (no cavities)…let’s hope he won’t need braces like his Daddy and Uncle Danny!
