The boys were so happy to be home…they were ready to run some energy off…

Grandma let us take the golf cart out for a spin…we drove it about 1 mile to the local Walgreens in The Villages.  Connor had a blast!  Here is a video of some of the ride…

Victoria’s Grandma (her Dad’s mother) lives in The Villages and we stayed with her on Wednesday and Thursday.  We always enjoy staying with her…it is always so relaxing!  I also love listening to her stories from years ago…whether it is something about Baby Victoria and how she is similar to Jacob or something about Grandpa Shelton (unfortunately, I never met him).

Family has been and will always be very important to me and I believe in hearing and learning as much as I can about our family.

She took us out to dinner and then we walked around one of the squares in The Villages.  Connor got to see some cool golf carts and Mommy and Daddy actually danced for a song.

Thank you Grandma…we love you!

I never had the pleasure of meeting Grandpa Torruella, but I did spend time with Grandma Torruella (she reminded me of my Mom’s mother). They are the parents of Mimi (Mommy’s Mom).

We stopped by the cemetery in Starke, Florida on the way home Friday.  This is the 2nd time we have done this…we did this when Connor was 9 months old as well.  Both times, Victoria and I cried.  It was sad because Grandma Torruella passed away before we found out Victoria was pregnant with Connor.

We love you Grandma and Grandpa Torruella…the boys love you too!

We left The Villages, Florida at 6:15am and arrived in Newport News at 9:15pm — 15 hours if my math is correct.  We stopped in several locations and even walked around Target for a little bit in Wilson, NC.

The boys did great.  At one point, Mommy was in the back gentling rubbing both of their arms.  If she stopped, Jacob would fuss and Connor would whine.

Mommy did great helping out and squeezing into such a tight space in our vehicle.  We debated who had the tougher job…

774 miles and 14.5hrs later, we are home.

Jacob and Connor are both glad to be home!

Today was our last day at Disney World…tomorrow we will go to Auquatica.
