Connor is running a temperature of 104.5 and threw up earlier. He is watching a movie now, drank some ice water, and is relaxing. His temp is down and he is doing better.
Connor’s award presentation is soon after the singing stops…listen to what he wants to be when he grows up…(a “truck”). He has always loved trucks…I can remember him being 18 mos old an standing in City Center just staring at a parked FedEx truck. I left him walk over to it and touch it…that was the first thing that popped into my head when Mrs. McMasters said that he wanted to be a “truck” when he grows up. Too funny!!!!
When we first went to the pool, Connor was scared of the “big pool” and didn’t want to leave our side at the “kiddy pool”.
I started to wonder what had happened to my “pool ratt” that developed last summer at Water Country???
Then he got comfortable in the kiddy pool and soon SURPRISED Daddy by jumping into my arms in the “big pool”. I finally had to take a cold, shivering, and starving boy out of the pool. He at his dinner and then went to bed at 6:45pm and didn’t wake up until 8:30am the next morning!
He followed that up with another hour at the pool on Sunday. I can’t wait to go to Water Country this summer!!!!!
